Unveiling the Rhy’s Above First Edition Mento Box! A personal-care and Chester County, PA resource toolkit. When Rhyland first started walking the path to better mental health, we had a lot of resources at our disposal that we neither knew existed nor knew that we needed. We’d like to help bridge the gap and get those who need it a head start with tools and resources.
Rhy’s Above Mento Boxes aim to provide a little boost in the day, encourage self-care and open communication, and a few activities to help calm and destress minds. Alongside are a variety of resources in the Mental Health space. There are so many people out there who really do care, waiting to help.
Mento boxes are provided at no charge to recipients and distributed by request to anyone who would benefit from a personal care kit.
Want to see a resource kit for another area? Send us your requests! We’re an all-volunteer organization and aim to ensure every hour and dollar is spent where it’s needed most. Your feedback helps us reach those in need.
Rhy’s Above Youth Mento Box: Age 12 and under
First Edition Includes:
Youth based edition including Mental Health Stickers, Rhy’s Above Bracelet, Custom Coloring Packet with expansion cards, crayons, fidget, self-care activities, and zipper satchel with uplifting and/or supportive phrases.
Localized resource pamphlet for Chester County caregivers.

First Edition includes:
Mental Health Stickers, Rhy’s Above Bracelet, Custom Coloring Packet with expansion cards, colored pencils, sensory object (ex. Tic-Tacs), mindful activities, and satchel with uplifting and/or supportive phrases.
Localized resource pamphlet for Chester County and QR code for free Mental Health First Aid, Youth Mental Health First Aid, or QPR suicide prevention training through Chester County Suicide Prevention Task Force.
